Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and unused. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a shipping label.
Are your garden furniture sets weather-resistant?
Most of our outdoor furniture is designed with UV-protected rattan or powder-coated aluminum frames. While they are weather-resistant, we recommend using a protective cover or storing them during winter months to prolong their lifespan.
Do you offer assembly services for large items?
Our products are designed for easy home assembly and include comprehensive instructions. At this time, we do not offer an in-home assembly service, but our technical team is available via phone for guidance.
